Nestled near the Trolley Trail in historic Waldo, the new owners of this charming home sought additional space and modern amenities. Collaborating with the owners and their contractor, we developed a design scheme that reimagined the first level, introducing a new kitchen, mudroom, pantry, and a proper dining room leading out to a screened-in deck. 

 Upstairs, we expanded the primary suite, adding a new bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as an upstairs laundry center. The addition was carefully crafted to blend seamlessly with the existing lines and character of the house, ensuring it looked original to this historic neighborhood.
