The Pennant Building, formerly the Dragon Trading Company, stood vacant for years in downtown St. Louis until a new owner acquired it to help extend downtown revitalization westward. The project transformed the historic structure into a vibrant mixed-use development, breathing new life into the area.
This project was completed during our tenure at NSPJ Architects.
